I was previously an Independent Pampered Chef Consultant, but as they stopped trading in the U.K. In December 2015 I am now employed elsewhere! I started this page to record and share some of my recipes and I have kept it here so that the many people who already use my recipes can refer back to them and new people can visit.
I live in Edinburgh with a family of two daughters and a lovely husband. One of my children has allergies to eggs and dairy and so many of the recipes you will find here are without those elements. However, not all of them will be as I cook for just adults sometimes, and used dairy and eggs in my shows with official Pampered Chef recipes.
You will find a mix on here of all my favourites in the kitchen and some will be the recipes I would have used cooking at shows and others not.
